Project Management
Project management is the process of planning, orgnizar and manage tasks and resources for reaching a specific goal, usually with constraints of time, resources or cost. A project plan can be simple, elemplo, a list of tasks and their start and end dates, written in a notebook. or can be complex, for example, thousands of tasks and resources, and a project budget of millions of colones.
Most projects share common activities, such as division of tasks easy project management, task planning, communication between team members and track tasks as work progresses. In addition, all projects consist of three main phases.
