Who we are?

"Desarrollo Urbano" was founded in 2001 by Mr. Carlos Roberto Sanchez Padilla, as a capstone project to a stage in his life devoted to the study.


His intention has always been to be a professional in his field, Civil Engineering,  now we can say that we are an established company specializing in the area not only civil but also a recognition in the architectural design.

Desarrollo Urbano  was born under a great ideal to develop all projects under the strictest quality and of course focusing on the ideas and needs of our customers, guaranteeing them, satisfaction and compliance.

Our company is located in San Isidro de El General, Pérez Zeledón, just in the south of Costa Rica.
