The long term prosecution of projects in academic atmospheres has been one of the big difficulties that students and professors confront. An example of these projects is the theses that the students should carry out to obtain their titles and the ascent works, scientific articles and investigation projects that the professors should carry out. It has been demonstrated in Venezuela that exists a considerable delay and low productivity in the culmination of the previously mentioned investigation projects. This phenomenon has been described through the Syndrome All Less Thesis (TMT) or group of variables that contribute to that a graduate degree program or academic dependence is inefficient in the achievement of the realization of projects and investigations. (Valarino, 1991). The index by means of which this Syndrome was measured in graduate degree students, was the proportion of the number of students that you/they finish all the subjects of the plan of studies, with relationship to the number of having inscribed.
